Les névralgies cervico-brachiales font l'objet d'une prise en charge usuelle en thérapie manuelle (chiropratique, kinésithérapie et ostéopathie). Même si cette prise en charge semble primordiale aux vues des incapacités majeures entraînées par cette pathologie, il existe des risques d'aggravations spontanés ou secondaires au traitement.

Those therapeutic modalities seems to be of first importance in regard to the disabilities secondary to this affection, but there is a risk of worsening because of the pathology itself and rarely because of the treatment.
This article emphasises the usefulness and the efficacy of the conservative approachs. According to the actual knowledge, it tries to elaborate the different abilities that manual therapists should be aware of.
