Les recommandations professionnelles (RP) ont fait preuve d'améliorer les connaissances scientifiques des physiothérapeutes (PT) et les résultats de traitement des patients. Dans le but d'améliorer la qualité des soins et d'utiliser les ressources disponibles efficacement, le Département de physiothérapie au centre médical de l'université américaine de Beyrouth (AUBMC) a adopté une stratégie d'implantation qui a été évaluée avec les résultats du changement acquis.
Clinical guidelines (CGL) are known to improve physical therapists' knowledge and patients' out-come. In order to use resources more efficiently and to improve quality of care, the Physical therapy department (PTD) at the American university of Beirut medical center (AUBMC) used a strategy for the implementation of adopted guidelines. The process of implementation and the benefits of adopted clinical guidelines were evaluated.
